Step 1: From the website Sign Up and pay for your industry specific risk assessment.. 

Step 2:  Take the online assessment.. Pause and log back in if you need. The industry-based questionnaire which produces a gap analysis.

Step 3:  Develop and present your individualised  ‘Assessment Report’ identifying the areas under risk and requiring attention.

Step 4: Action identified gaps and report on progress during your quarterly OHS meeting.

Step 5: Re-take the assessment periodically to track continuous improvement, effectively managing Risk.

Proceed to answer each question.

Many questions will be easy for you.

Others may require checking out before answering.

So don’t rush, just get it done as soon as possible.

HELPFUL TIPS

If in doubt, answer ‘No’.

If you have multiple businesses/Agencies, do an Assessment for each one.

Solutions pages, just for ‘No’ answers, will only become available after all questions are answered.

It might take some time to confirm the right answers and to finish. No more than say a month.

Don’t delegate doing this assessment. It’s about the conduct and culture of risk management in your business. It starts with you, the Principal.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

After sending your answers, Risk Management Essentials (RME) will rate your totals in each category against benchmarks and provide feedback to you.

Only your head office will be advised of your responses and ratings.

RME will make contact two (2) months afterwards to see how you are progressing on any remedial activity you are undertaking.
